A grounded narrative of who moved what over a window. Citations are checked against the logged record, and a deterministic audit flags unsourced figures and dates; the analyst never writes to the program.
⚠ Generating a briefing sends the windowed activity records to OpenAI for processing. Email addresses and phone numbers are stripped first; property, owner, and stakeholder names, titles, notes, and addresses are sent as-is (program record content). The same applies to the AI recap and to semantic search / the dedup nudge, which also send record text to OpenAI.
